Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due by the day of your shoot.
How far in advance should I book?
A. It's best to book at least 2 days in advance. especially if it's for an event.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
A. Turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks depending on the session. Weddings or bigger events/sessions may take longer than a regular session.
How will I receive my photos?
A. You will receive an online gallery with the edited images. From there, you can download, share, and order prints.
Do you offer prints or albums?
A. Yes! you can order prints, wall decor, cards and albums from your gallery.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A. I understand that life happens. Please give at least a one day notice. the deposit is non-refundable, but I'll do my best to find a new date.
What happens if the weather is bad?
A. We will reschedule at no extra charge if the weather prevents from shooting safely or comfortably outdoors.
Can I bring props or pets?
A. Absolutely! I love when clients bring their meaningful items or furry friends. Just let me know in advance so I can prepare accordingly.
What areas do you cover and would you travel?
A. I am based in San Angelo, TX but I do travel all of Texas for photography. Traveling fees may apply outside of the San Angelo area
Can I get raw (unedited) photos?
A. I do not provide raw images. I believe in delivering fully edited photos that reflect our professional standards and style.
