Local Sessions (San Angelo & Surrounding Areas) -
First 30 miles - Included
30-100 miles - $0.60/mile round trip
Extended Texas Travel
100-200 miles - $0.65/mile round trip
200+ miles - $0.70/mile round trip + Overnight lodging if needed (Lodging isn't always required - it depends on timing, distance, and session types)
Major Texas Cities (Flat rate option)
There is a flat rate travel fee for major cities, such as, Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, for $200-$500 flat travel fee (covers mileage, hotel if needed, and all transportation)

Custom quote including airfare + lodging

Do I always charge for a hotel?
A. Only if the trip is too far or late in the day to safely return home the same night
Do I, as the photographer, book my own hotel/flight
A. Yes, I take care of booking and flights, you just cover the fee
When is travel due?
A. Travel fee is collected upfront with session deposit/retainer
